As a full-time Real Estate Consultant since September 2000, I have developed a keen sense of the ever-changing Real Estate Market, but more importantly, how the consumer has changed in their Home Buying and Home Selling processes. In today's market, I believe it is so critical that I use all the tools and technology to help the consumer make a more informed Buying decision, and Sellers to feel confident that I am using every marketing tool that will lead us to all the potential Buyers and bring us to a successful closing at the highest dollar amount. In addition to the high-tech tools and automated touch I give my clients (Buyers and Sellers), I also provide them with the personal touch they deserve. I learned many years ago in my past careers that you can have all the tools, but if you are lacking the personal touch, you will never gain a client for life!
